Why is the correct slope – garage floor fall – so important?
The slope of a garage floor is one of the key elements of properly constructing a garage floor. A properly designed slope allows for effective drainage of water, snow slush, and other contaminants that are brought into the garage with the car. The lack of a slope or an incorrect value can lead to standing water, damp flooring, and even structural damage.
