Nordic Tec Return Policy – Principles

Return of goods purchased on nordictec-store.com

  • We offer the possibility to return goods within 30 days from receiving the order.
  • The return must be reported via email - lednet@vp.pl - or through the contact form in the “Contact” section.
  • When reporting a return, order details and the invoice number must be provided.
  • Returns reported by third parties with whom we have not concluded a purchase agreement will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for properly securing the goods during return shipping.

We respond to every return request:

Returns, after prior notification by email, should be sent to:

The return location is not intended for in-person returns – we only accept returns via courier services or postal services.

  • Returns sent to pickup points (e.g. parcel lockers) will not be accepted. A condition for return is delivery of the shipment to our address.
  • Cash on delivery shipments or payments upon delivery are not accepted.

Returns are subject to national and European regulations as well as the shop’s terms and conditions.

Refund of amounts

  • Refunds are made exclusively to a bank account / PayPal (depending on the payment method used in the order).
  • ✅ A 100% refund is only granted if the goods are returned unused, not installed, and in perfect condition.
    (This also includes the absence of any damage during the return process and return shipping.)

The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Reporting returns by third parties or via email addresses not linked to the order.

✅ We do not process returns reported by third parties, but only reports from persons with whom we have concluded a purchase agreement.

We do not accept return notifications from email addresses other than the one used for the order, as in such cases we cannot be sure that the return is reported by the person with whom we have a purchase agreement. Therefore, please contact us using the email address that was used to place the order.
