EU deliveries

We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over 60 € to the following countries:

Germany · Austria · France (mainland) · Netherlands · Belgium · Italy · Spain · Denmark · Poland · Czech Republic · Lithuania · Latvia · Estonia · Slovenia

For other destinations, the shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout. Our rates are moderate – usually starting from 5–10 €.

All goods are shipped from our stock in the EU (Germany or Poland), so deliveries within the EU never generate additional costs such as import fees or customs duties.

Delivery within the EU usually takes 3–6 working days. This is an estimate based on the carriers' declarations – for international shipments it cannot be guaranteed, as occasional carrier delays may occur.

Deliveries outside the EU

For destinations outside the EU – e.g. the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland – the shipment may require customs clearance and may generate import fees. Any customs charges are always paid by the buyer. The seller cannot provide binding information on customs duties, so please check with your local customs authorities.

Information for UK customers

• Delivery to the UK usually takes approx. 4–7 working days (unless delayed by the courier or customs).
• Orders with a UK delivery address are automatically calculated without VAT, so you pay the VAT during customs clearance.
• Since Brexit, deliveries from the EU to the UK may require customs clearance. You may be asked to pay UK VAT (20%) and import fees – these charges are always paid by the buyer. The carrier will send you the customs bill with or after the delivery.
• Northern Ireland is an exception: deliveries to NI require no customs clearance and generate no additional charges. For NI addresses, prices always include full VAT.
• The seller does not provide binding information on UK customs procedures or charges – please refer to the UK customs authorities.
