Nordic Tec Hydraulic Separation - Manifold 2 circuits with temperature and pressure control

- Low Loss Header with hydraulic Manifold for 2 heating circuits on a mounting plate, fully equipped with a prepared space for circulation pumps - with thermometer and pressure gauge (manometer).

The water hydraulic seprator set - Low Loss Header combined with the manifold / circulation collector for 2 circuits - performs better than a traditional heating separator, due to the fact that the collectors' beams reinforce the hydraulic separation function, by creating an additional neutral pressure zone.

• Hydraulic separator (Low Loss and cicruits divider are mounted on a plate for ready wall installation, which is about to save your time
• Connections for circuits (both heating system and supply side), with a size of 1" - factory equipped with a nut and a 25mm PEX connector
• Hydraulic Separation power - up to 70 kW with a temperature difference of 15K ( while the entire set can handle 85 kW )
• Includes a drain valve and automatic air vent for installation - on the hydraulic separation body
• Accessories connections for the water separator corpus, such as air vent and drain valve - 1/2" - traditionally internal threads
• Maximum flow rate - < 6.0 m3/h.
• Permissible operating temperature for the central heating system is <95 °C.
• Recommended maximal concentration of glycol in water - up to 50% (if used with glycol)
• Hydraulic separation body and flow distribution manifolds made of galvanized steel. Steel prepared as a mirror style
• Designed for use with 2 standard 180mm pumps
• Also includes a set of 4 solid 80mm mounting pegs.
