The Nordic Tec Ba-60-100 brazed plate heat exchanger is the largest model in the Ba-60 series. The company also plans to release a 120-plate model, but for now, the 100-plate heat exchanger remains the largest variant in this series. This heat exchanger is traditionally brazed, vacuum-sealed, using copper solder. It features connections in sizes suitable for adequate flow rates, namely 1 1/2" BSP, with a standard external thread. When it comes to heating systems, this model is more suitable for larger central heating systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Due to its size, it is generally too large for installation in single-family homes. Assuming the parameters of a typical single-family home in new construction, the Ba-60-100 heat exchanger could comfortably heat an area of approximately 2500-3000 square meters. Therefore, this model is primarily designed for industrial applications or highly demanding low-temperature heat sources, such as heat pumps operating at extremely low temperatures around 30-35 °C.

Among the available accessories, you can choose polypropylene thermal insulation to reduce heat loss since the heat exchanger, being a relatively large device, has significant external walls that can contribute to heat losses.
