When using glycol as the heating medium, the efficiency of the swimming pool heat exchanger decreases to 84 - 92% (depending on the glycol concentration).

  • The 352 kW power of the heat exchanger is achieved using a water-to-water medium, with a temperature difference between the two media of 60 degrees C (100% efficiency).

    Efficiency - in case of temperature difference between the media:
    - at 50 °C = 85 % | 297 kW
    - at 40 °C = 70 % | 245 kW
    - at 30 °C = 55 % | 190 kW
    - at 20 °C = 35 % | 120 kW

Material: Heat exchanger made of STAINLESS STEEL (100%) - designed to work with chlorinated water, even highly chlorinated.

Intended use (fluids) - the shell and tube heat exchanger for swimming pools B1200 ✅ is designed for fresh water, use with water containing salt additives or seawater is not recommended. If you have a seawater pool or add salt to the water, you should use a titanium shell and tube heat exchanger.

Connections for fluids / water:

Swimming pool volume (recommended):

  • Up to 400 m³ nominally, maintaining a temperature difference between the media of about 60 °C and adequate flow levels.
  • In case of insufficient heating parameters, the suggested volume may not be adequately supported by the heat exchanger. In practice, with low-temperature heat sources, the B1200 heat exchanger usually handles pools in the range of 150-250 m³ (proper selection of the swimming pool heat exchanger requires appropriate qualifications).
