Nordic Tec Low Loss Header with flow divider set for central heating - for 3 heating circuits on a wall-mounting plate

The steel hydraulic seprator - low loss header combined with the flow distibutor (hydraulic manifold) gives better possibilities than a traditional separator. The steel distributors reinforce the separator function, making a neutral pressure zone larger and giving the opportunity to divide a central heating for 3 zones.

• Wall-mounting plate for quick installation, the set includes the wall-mounting pegs too.
• Connections in a size of 1" - factory equipped with a nut and a 25mm PEX adapter
• Low Loss Header - Hydraulic Separator power - up to 70 kW with a temperature difference of 15K, whereas the entire set with manifolds can handle 95 kW
• Drain valve and automatic air vent in the set
• Accessories connections (air vent and drain valve) - 1/2" - internal threads.
• Max. allowable flow rate o- 6 m3/h.
• Work temperature - max. <100°C.
• Can work with glycol/water mix too - recommended concentration of up to 50%.
• Separator and distributors beams made of stainless steel 304. Painted black with powder coating.
• Designed for use with 3 standard pumps, i.e. circulation pumps with a mounting width of 180mm
• The set of low loss header does not include circulation pumps.
