Titanium Pool Heat Exchanger Nordic Tec B360-Ti
The Nordic Tec B360-Ti titanium heat exchanger is a high-quality device designed for efficient heating of saltwater and seawater pools. Made from titanium, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance and durability against aggressive chemical substances, ensuring long service life and reliability. Heat Exchanger Capacity: 110.0 kW
The heating capacity of titanium pool heat exchangers (similar to steel models) is calculated with a 60°C temperature difference between media. For the B360-Ti titanium exchanger to achieve 110 kW, this temperature differential must be maintained. Performance varies with different temperature differences:
- 50.0 °C = 85% | 93 kW
- 40.0 °C = 70% | 77 kW
- 30.0 °C = 55% | 59 kW
- 20.0 °C = 35% | 38 kW
These estimates apply to water/water media and will differ when using antifreeze mixtures.
Heat Transfer Surface Area: 0.850 m²
The B360 titanium heat exchanger features a heat transfer surface area of 0.850 m², providing optimal thermal energy transfer efficiency for pool heating systems. The titanium construction prevents corrosion, making it ideal for saltwater and marine applications. Its compact design and high performance make it an excellent choice for pool heating systems.
B360-Ti Construction Material
Like all Nordic Tec -Ti series models, the B360-Ti is constructed entirely from pure titanium without additives. This material is used for the tubes, shell, and all connections.

The B360-Ti titanium heat exchanger should be connected to ensure optimal flow and heat exchange efficiency - achieved only through counter-flow connection (as shown in the diagram above). The heating circuit should include a circulation pump to maintain constant flow of the heating medium. Connect the titanium exchanger to your heat source (heat pump, gas boiler, solar system or other) while maintaining proper temperature and flow parameters appropriate for your pool size. For protection against fouling, we recommend installing a filter and proper control valves.
