Pool Titanium Heat Exchanger NORDIC Tec B210-Ti 61 kW 210 kBTU/H
Swimming Pool Heat Exchanger B210-Ti made of Titanium
A 45kW heat exchanger made entirely of titanium, without any admixtures of other materials, to ensure durability when used with media such as seawater, saline, or high-salt content fluids.
- Nominal Capacity: 61kW
based on 60 °C difference between heating and heated medium (water to water),
with counter-courent work - Material: 100% Titanium Heat Exchanger
- Heat Exchange surface: 0.44 m²
- Connections: 4x 1 1/2"
Titanium heat exchanger for salt swimming pool heating, made of 100% Titanium - resistant to high chlorine concentrations, swimming pool chemicals and especially salt. Can be used with sea water too. The device type is a tube heat exchanger (or shell and tube).
Nordic Tec pool heat exchangers from Titanium Series can work with most heat sources available on the market - heat pumps, gas boilers, water-jacket fireplaces, and others. It is also permissible to use the heat exchanger as a component for swimming pool heating using glycol-filled solar collectors.

Titanium Heat Exchanger for Saltwater or Seawater Nordic Tec B210-Ti
61 kW Titanium Heat Exchanger for Pools, Ideal for Saltwater or Seawater
Rated Power: 60 kW (210,000 BTU/h)
- The Titanium Heat Exchanger B219-Ti achieves the so-called rated power when the fluids used are water & water (without glycol or antifreeze liquids) and when the temperature difference between the sides is 60.0 °C.
If the difference between the heat transfer fluid and the heated fluid decreases, the actual heat transfer capacity ("kW") decreases according to the following scheme:
- at 50 °C = 85 %
- at 40 °C = 70 %
- at 30 °C = 55 % - If it is essential to use an antifreeze liquid such as glycol, the heat transfer efficiency will decrease by approximately 8-15% (estimate based on glycol concentration). This is an important aspect to consider when choosing a titanium heat exchanger for pools.
Heat Exchange Area: 0.440 m²
Material: Ti (Titanium Heat Exchanger)
Operating Pressure: < 6 bar
Connections:
- 4x 1 1/2 inch
Flow Rate:
- Heat Transfer Fluid: 35.0 l/min
- Heated Fluid: 242.0 l/min
Maximum Operating Temperature: up to 207 °C

The connection of the titanium heat exchanger must be carried out according to the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure optimal performance and a long lifespan of the device. The heat exchanger can be connected to a heating or cooling system via suitable piping and corrosion-resistant fittings. It is important to consider the correct fluid flow and use compatible materials to avoid efficiency and durability issues. Additionally, the installation of control valves and filters is recommended to protect the heat exchanger from impurities and pressure fluctuations that could compromise its operation.
