Most common applications of the 60-plate Ba-27-60 heat exchanger include:

  • Connecting heat pumps (with or without a buffer) to heating systems, separating the heat pump circuit from the rest of the installation, including systems with glycol.
  • Suitable for both monoblock and split heat pump setups. In relatively high-temperature systems (radiators), it can handle heat pumps up to 12 kW.
  • Heating systems with coal-fired boilers up to approximately 60 kW, and with eco-pea coal boilers up to around 70 kW.
  • Combining open and closed circuits to separate old worn-out parts of the installation from new heat sources, such as condensing boilers.
  • Collaboration with pellet boilers.
  • Collaboration with glycol heaters with power even up to 60-100 kW depending on the heat source providing the supply.
  • Industrial refrigeration applications, such as oil cooling, serving as a cooler.
  • Food industry, including pasteurization and media chilling, such as cooling wort in home or industrial brewing.
  • Passive cooling in cooperation with heat pumps in single-family homes or commercial premises.
