The working pressure refers to the maximum pressure at which the heat exchanger should operate under normal operating conditions. A value of 30 bar typically indicates that it is a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. It should not be used with high-pressure media such as refrigerants, which often operate at pressures higher than 30 bar.
On the other hand, the test pressure is the pressure applied briefly during acceptance tests of the heat exchanger. However, this pressure does not imply that the heat exchanger can operate continuously at such pressures.
