Pump station Pump group DN25 with MIXING 180mm
Nordic Tec Pump Group for CH with Mixer - 3-Way Valve 180mm
Pumping Group for CH - Pumping and Mixing - for a pump with a mounting width of 180mm
Pumping group with a mixer, preventing cold return. Medium mixing is achieved through an installed mixer, i.e., a 3-way valve. The group with a mixer is also equipped with a check valve protecting against water backflow, installed on the cold side. The group set also includes mounting elements, sturdy expansion plugs 135mm long.
Group Dimensions including insulation: 420 x 255mm
Dimensions and thread characteristics:
- inlet - 6/4" - Male Thread
- outlet- 1" - Female Thread
Possibility to connect a 230V actuator to the mixing valve (the mixer actuator is not part of the set, it can be purchased optionally in this offer).
- Inlet spacing: 125mm
Optional: This pump station with the mixer can be purchased optionaluu with an ST10 10Nm actuator. This is an Elodrive ST10 10Nm actuator, made in DE, which can also handle large buildings
Inlet spacing between the pump station connections: 125 mm

_______________
Pump Station 180 with a Mixer / Mixing Valve - Explanation
This is a pumping group with a mixer, which, as the name suggests, contains an installed 3-way valve, or simply put - a mixer. Such a group usually has the possibility to mount a 230V actuator on the mixer. This gives us the ability to mix cold and warm medium in a controlled way - the mixer, whether controlled manually or automatically, mixes the supply water with the return water. Thanks to this, we are able to find and set the appropriate proportions of water (hot and cold, returning from the installation), which means heat is delivered at a precisely defined temperature - as required by the installation. For example, this allows us to properly adjust the temperature of the medium supplied to a manifold for underfloor heating, which in the case of underfloor heating is a fairly important factor for comfort and system efficiency. Underfloor heating is, in fact, a type of central heating system where pumping groups with a mixer are most commonly used. Thanks to them, the floor does not heat up to excessively high temperatures, but to those needed to maintain a comfortable room temperature under conditions optimal for our health.
✅ Of course, supplying the appropriate temperature (and not an excessive one) to underfloor heating also ultimately means lower fuel or energy consumption by a gas boiler, heat pump, etc. In the long run, this also translates into heating cost savings.
Pump Stations 180 with Check Valve - A Basic Element of Groups
When purchasing such a set from any manufacturer, we must ensure that it is a pump station with a check valve. This is an important element, as without it the heating installation may not operate correctly. It prevents water from flowing backward in the heating circuit, which significantly impacts heating efficiency and protects pumps from excessive overload. Our pump stations always include a check valve, located on the cold side (marked in blue).
